Last updated: June 22, 2026

Wicked Slabz ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you visit wickedslabz.com (the "Site") or make a purchase. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Contact & order details: name, email address, shipping address, and phone number when you place an order, create an account, or contact us.
  • Contact form / player requests: your name, email, favorite player, budget range, and any message you send us.
  • Marketing sign-ups: your email address when you subscribe to our list.
  • Payment information: when you pay, your payment details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processors (Credit Card processor, PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used to operate the Site, remember your cart, understand usage, and support marketing. See Section 6.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Process, fulfill, and ship your orders (including applying free bonus slabs);
  • Communicate with you about orders, requests, and customer support;
  • Send marketing emails about new drops and offers (only where permitted — you can opt out anytime);
  • Respond to your player requests and inquiries;
  • Operate, improve, and secure the Site;
  • Detect and prevent fraud and abuse;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:

  • Payment processors to process your payments securely;
  • Shipping carrier (USPS) to deliver your orders;
  • Service providers that help us run the Site, email, analytics, and customer support;
  • Legal and safety recipients when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public;
  • Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Marketing Communications

If you subscribe to our list or opt in at checkout, we may send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by emailing drops@wickedslabz.com. We will still send transactional messages (such as order and shipping confirmations) related to your purchases.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, fulfill orders, comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your cart, analyze traffic, and support marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality. If we begin using third-party analytics or advertising pixels, we will update this section and add a cookie consent tool where required in our customers' regions.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, residents of Texas, California, and other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Delete your personal information;
  • Opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale"/"sharing" of personal information;
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To make a request, email drops@wickedslabz.com. We will verify your identity before responding and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no industry-standard response to these signals, so we currently do not respond to Do Not Track signals.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services (such as payment providers or social media). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies before providing information.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
