We want you to be thrilled with every slab you pull from Wicked Slabz. Because we sell graded, one-of-a-kind collectible cards, this policy explains exactly when returns and refunds are available. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read it together with our Terms and Conditions and Shipping Policy.
1. The Nature of What You're Buying
Every slab we sell is a unique, individually graded collectible. Listings show the actual card you will receive, including its grade and grading company (PSA / BGS). Because each item is one-of-a-kind:
- We generally cannot offer a like-for-like exchange for the same card.
- Returns, where accepted, are issued as a refund, not a swap.
2. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date shown by USPS tracking, subject to the conditions below. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.
3. Conditions for a Return
To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be:
- In the same condition in which it was received;
- In its original, intact graded holder (slab) — the case must not be cracked, opened, altered, or tampered with;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
We inspect every returned item. If a returned slab shows signs of tampering, a cracked or swapped holder, damage not present at the time of shipping, or does not match the item we sent, we may reject the return and deny the refund.
4. How Free Bonus Slabs Affect Returns
Our Offer adds free bonus slabs to qualifying orders (for example, buy 4 slabs and receive bonus slabs at no charge). Please note:
- Free bonus slabs have no cash value and are not independently refundable.
- If you return enough paid items that your order drops below the tier that earned your bonus, you must either return the corresponding free bonus slab(s) or have their stated value deducted from your refund.
- Bonus slabs returned in eligible condition are accepted back at no charge but are not refunded for cash, since you did not pay for them.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund except where required by law:
- Items with a cracked, opened, or altered slab;
- Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling;
- Free bonus slabs (no cash refund — see Section 4);
- Items marked "final sale" or "as-is" at the time of purchase;
- Gift cards or store credit, if offered.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit or you received the wrong item:
- Contact us at drops@wickedslabz.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and the packaging.
- If we confirm the item arrived damaged or was sent in error, we will arrange a refund or, where possible, a comparable replacement at no additional cost to you. See our Shipping Policy for transit-damage handling.
Please keep all original packaging until any damage claim is resolved, as USPS may require it for an insurance claim.
7. How to Start a Return
- Email drops@wickedslabz.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Wait for us to approve your return and provide return instructions. Do not ship anything back before receiving approval.
- Pack the slab securely in protective packaging to prevent damage in transit.
- Ship the item back using a tracked, insured USPS service.
8. Return Shipping Costs
- For returns due to our error (wrong item, item damaged before shipping), we cover return shipping.
- For returns due to change of mind or buyer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend insuring return shipments. Wicked Slabz is not responsible for items lost or damaged on their way back to us.
9. Restocking Fee
We do not currently charge a restocking fee on non-defective returns.
10. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether it is approved.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
11. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it ships by emailing drops@wickedslabz.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it will be handled under the return terms above.
12. Grading Disputes
Grades are assigned by independent third-party graders (PSA / BGS) — not by Wicked Slabz. We accurately represent the grade and grader as shown on each slab, but we do not control, guarantee, or revise third-party grades, and disagreement with an assigned grade is not grounds for a refund.
