Thank you for shopping with Wicked Slabz. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship the graded cards ("slabs") you order from us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • We aim to process and ship orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders that qualify for free bonus slabs (see our Offer) may take an additional business day to process while we select and add your bonus slabs to the shipment.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking details once it ships.
  • During new weekly drops, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always do our best to get your slabs out fast.

2. Shipping Carrier & Methods

We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Available services may include:

  • USPS Ground Advantage — standard domestic shipping
  • USPS Priority Mail — faster domestic shipping
  • USPS Priority Mail Express — expedited shipping (where offered)

The available shipping options and their costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Delivery time estimates provided by USPS are not guaranteed by Wicked Slabz.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected service.
  • Any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Packaging

Because we ship graded, slabbed collectibles, every order is packed with care:

  • Slabs are secured to prevent movement and protected against bending and impact.
  • Higher-value orders may ship with additional protective packaging and require a signature on delivery at our discretion.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the USPS system. You can track your package at usps.com.

6. Delivery Times

Estimated USPS transit times after processing:

  • Ground Advantage: typically 2–5 business days
  • Priority Mail: typically 1–3 business days
  • Priority Mail Express: typically 1–2 business days

These are USPS estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can affect delivery.

7. Shipping Addresses

  • You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at drops@wickedslabz.com. We'll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in process.
  • We ship to U.S. residential addresses, business addresses, and P.O. Boxes.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • In transit / lost: If USPS tracking shows your package has not moved or appears lost, contact us at drops@wickedslabz.com and we'll help open an inquiry with USPS. Most domestic shipments include USPS insurance; claims are subject to USPS rules and timelines.
  • Marked delivered but not received: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you can't locate your package, please check with household members and neighbors, then contact us within 7 days. We will assist with a USPS investigation but cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for packages confirmed delivered by USPS.
  • Damaged in transit: If your slab arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the item and contact us within 3–7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for how we handle damaged items.

We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
